This outboard comes equipped with a 15 inch shaft, with electric start and the manual pull rope for backup. The MFS9.9EEFS model is ideal for jon boats, inflatables and skinny water. Standard features include forward, neutral and reverse shift lever on the front of the engine, tiller steering and comes with an separate 3 gallon fuel tank and a 5-year factory warranty
